tbsp olive oil

lemon, sliced

spears asparagus

butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Lay out 4 pieces of baking paper on 4 pieces of aluminium foil. Brush baking paper with olive oil.
- Place barramundi on baking paper with lemon, dill, asparagus and butter. Season.
- Wrap the barramundi securely. Transfer to a tray and bake for 25 mins until barramundi is cooked through.
