In Humpty Doo Barramundi's early days, fish were delivered direct to restaurants by the business owners themselves. This has allowed us to listen to what industry wants from their barramundi, and how we can deliver. Grown in its natural environment, we are able to consistently supply premium Australian saltwater barramundi year-round, without being restricted to the seasons.
