Sustainable food production is at the heart of the family behind Humpty Doo Barramundi. We are celebrating 25 years of sustainable growth and plan to continue producing premium saltwater barramundi from this pristine environment for generations to come.  Our water treatment and reuse system minimises impact on our surrounding environment (and won an award!). In Humpty Doo Barramundi's early days, fish were delivered direct to restaurants by the business owners themselves. This has allowed us to listen to what industry wants from their barramundi, and how we can deliver. Grown in its natural environment, we are able to consistently supply premium Australian saltwater barramundi year-round, without being restricted to the seasons.
