Fish for a Dish Chefs' competition starts today!

Humpty Doo Barramundi launches Fish for a Dish Summer menu competition today!

Summer is here, and barramundi is perfect for a light meal on a hot day. Australia produces some of the cleanest, healthiest and most sustainable seafood in the world, yet over 60% of the seafood we eat is imported. Some imported seafood is more 'clean and green' than others, and people are asking where their seafood comes from.

To encourage everyone to eat more quality saltwater barramundi, Humpty Doo Barramundi is launching our 'Fish for a Dish' chefs' summer menu competition, with the opportunity to win a fishing charter for up to 4 people.

To enter, chefs need to name Humpty Doo Barramundi on their menu, and share images of their menu and their Humpty Doo Barramundi dish to social media, including hashtag #fishforadish and tag Humpty Doo Barramundi. (Facebook and Instagram: @humptydoobarramundi Twitter:@humptydoobarra)

Open to Chefs, Food and Beverage Managers, Restaurant/Cafe owners over the age of 18 years. Competition opens 1 December 2017 and closes 31 March 2018.

Each post on a social media platform earns one entry – so post on Instagram, Twitter and Facebook for more entries and more chances to win!

Using Humpty Doo Barramundi sashimi grade? Each sashimi grade dish will earn DOUBLE entries per platform.
